About Keepsake Homebuyers

We’re a fast-growing real estate investment company based in the United States, buying off-market properties directly from homeowners. We run a fully remote operation and are actively building a high-performance team of global closers. We’re now hiring an Acquisitions Closer to join our sales department and convert pre-qualified leads into contracts.

What You’ll Do

Call pre-qualified, warm leads who have already spoken to our cold calling team

Build strong rapport with homeowners and dig deeper into their motivation

Negotiate price and terms to get the property under contract

Guide sellers through the offer and contract process confidently and professionally

Close deals virtually using tools like DocuSign, Podio, and SMS platforms

Provide feedback to the Marketing and Cold Calling team to improve lead quality

Job Requirements

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

Fluent spoken and written English (neutral or Americanized accent preferred)
Proven closing experience — real estate is a plus, but strong sales skills matter more
A strong ability to read people, build trust, and negotiate confidently
Familiarity with working in a CRM and following structured sales processes
A motivated, coachable attitude and strong hunger to win
Quiet home office setup, reliable Wi-Fi, and quality headset
