Job Title: Senior Lawyer & Legal Advisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lawyer and Legal Advisor to join our prestigious legal office in New Cairo. The ideal candidate will bring extensive legal expertise, strong managerial skills, and exceptional representation abilities. This is a senior-level role, suited for someone who can take the lead on complex legal matters, manage a team, and uphold our firm’s professional image in all client and court interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice on civil, commercial, corporate, and criminal matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

Represent the office and clients before courts, governmental bodies, and third parties.

Lead and supervise a team of junior lawyers and legal staff.

Develop legal strategies and oversee implementation of legal solutions.

Maintain and strengthen client relationships with professional communication and high service standards.

Keep up to date with changes in legislation and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Handle litigation cases from initial consultation through to resolution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university (Master's is a plus).

Minimum of 10 years of proven legal experience in Egypt.

License to practice law in Egypt is required.

Strong managerial and leadership skills with prior experience in team supervision.

Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic

High-level representation skills with professional demeanor and client-focused approach.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
