Job Description
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of employment, labor, and corporate law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the company and its clients in legal proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as required.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environments, advising stakeholders on potential impacts and compliance strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that mitigate legal risks.
- Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive reports, opinions, and recommendations.
- Support the recruitment and HR teams in handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure the company’s operations and workforce management services adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Deliver training and awareness sessions to staff on legal compliance and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, with a strong focus on employment, labor, or corporate law.
- Very Good English Language.
- Prefered Saudi Laws (Experience or Knowldge).
- Proven track record of providing legal counsel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents and contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations to business operations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
