Job Description
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client needs.
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of relevant legal experience.
- Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
- Strong litigation or corporate law background, depending on specialization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
