Job Description

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our brand, menu offerings, and special events.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape (including pricing) to inform marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and training to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local communities, businesses, influencers, and media to enhance brand presence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.

Job Requirements

  • proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of  marketing best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM)
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g., Web Trends)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Create and publish content for the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Monitor social media trends and provide insights to the marketing team
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including , advertising, and promotions
  • Analyze marketing metrics and provide regular reports on performanceStay up-to-date with marketing trends and make recommendations for improvement
