Job Description
- Design; develop Brand Marketing Plan to estimate expenses that cover all marketing aspects to achieve targeted sales.
- Monitor and administer work operation to ensure alignment with the plan in proper proficiency and timeliness.
- Act as liaison to ensure utilizing internal & external communication effectively to ensure smooth work operation.
- Hire, train, coach, motivate, assess and evaluate staff to ensure appropriate professional standard and timeliness.
- Coordinate with sales sector to implement Marketing campaigns according to availability of products to increase market share and maximize profitability.
- Monitor availability of stock and distribution in brands to increase competitiveness and evaluate feedback of marketing campaigns.
- Participate in strategic marketing plans as a member of committee to coordinate effectively with concerned with the concerned parties in an appropriate and timely manner way.
- Coordinate & negotiate with supplies to define their share from marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with preset plan and budget.
- Monitor competitors with market trends to conduct and create price map for each one to define market share and define our rank in market place.
- Review & approve reports that indicate work progress status to ensure alignment with preset plan.
- Participate in strategic marketing plans as a member of committee to coordinate effectively with concerned with the concerned parties in an appropriate and timely manner way.
Job Requirements
- Experience in FMCG Industry is a must or retail.
- BSc of Business Administration from reputable university AUC, GUC
- 3 -5 years hands-on experience.
- Effective Communication, Leadership, Planning & Time Management Skills.
- Analytical thinking Creativity.
- Business acumen.
- Professional presentation & negotiation skills.
- Fluent English.
