Job Description

  • Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and consumer behavior using retail audits and consumer research.
  • Support the category manager in preparing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Coordinate and implement marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze internal and external data to produce insights and actionable reports.
  • Oversee brand presence on social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research to guide marketing and product decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as R&D, Quality, and Sales to ensure alignment on brand objectives and product development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (trade, supply chain, etc.) to support brand initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events and campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with vendors and marketing agencies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • 1–3 years of FMCG marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with retail audit and consumer research.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple products or brands.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Responsible, self-driven, and well-organized.
