Job Description
- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and consumer behavior using retail audits and consumer research.
- Support the category manager in preparing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Coordinate and implement marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze internal and external data to produce insights and actionable reports.
- Oversee brand presence on social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct market research to guide marketing and product decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments such as R&D, Quality, and Sales to ensure alignment on brand objectives and product development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (trade, supply chain, etc.) to support brand initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events and campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day coordination with vendors and marketing agencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- 1–3 years of FMCG marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience with retail audit and consumer research.
- Proven ability to manage multiple products or brands.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Able to work under pressure with attention to detail.
- Responsible, self-driven, and well-organized.
