Role Overview
- We are hiring a Senior Graphic & Digital Designer who will become the visual heartbeat of NutriMedicine Group. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will:
- Own and evolve our brand identity across all touch‑points—digital, print, and environmental.
- Design high‑impact social media posts, ad creatives, web banners, email graphics, and motion snippets that drive engagement and conversions.
- Create print collateral (flyers, brochures, roll‑ups, event signage, packaging) that command attention and elevate brand perception.
- Develop and maintain Canva/Figma/Adobe template libraries so our growing team can execute quickly while staying on‑brand.
- Translate complex medical or educational concepts into clear, compelling visuals for students, patients, and partners.
- Lead the creative process from concept to final file delivery, ensuring deadlines and specs are nailed every time.
- Collaborate daily with copywriters, video editors, developers, and external vendors (printers, signage houses, apparel labs).
- Provide art‑direction guidance to junior freelancers as we scale, cultivating a cohesive visual culture.

Job Requirements
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Core Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within B2B/B2C or healthcare/paramedical sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (advanced certification or portfolio-based credentials welcome).
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Canva Pro).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile work across digital posts, social media assets, flyers, brochures, presentations, and branding collateral.
Fluency in professional English (written & spoken); Arabic language skills are a plus.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Mastery of digital formats & specifications for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), email templates, web banners, and print materials.
- Understanding of brand consistency and ability to translate strategic marketing goals into compelling visual assets.
- Excellent communication & collaboration—you’ll partner closely with marketing managers, developers, and external vendors.
- Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a growth mindset: quick learner, open to feedback, and driven to elevate our brand’s visual impact.
Logistics & Work Arrangement
- Based in Egypt with stable high‑speed internet for reliable remote work.
- Overlap with Montréal (GMT‑4) for at least 3–4 hours daily to enable real‑time collaboration.
- Availability for occasional video calls, design reviews, and brainstorm sessions aligned with core business hours.
