Job Description
•Develop creative visual concepts for print, web, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral.
•Manage multiple design projects from briefing to final delivery.
•Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across all materials.
•Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high standards of design quality
•Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually raise visual standards and innovation.
•Actively participate in and support marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
•5+ years of professional design experience.
•Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or motion graphics tools is a plus.
•Thorough understanding of design fundamentals—typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
•Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design excellence, brand work, and marketing projects.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills and ability to work effectively within diverse teams
