Job Description
- Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop visual concepts that align with project objectives.
- Lead the development of storyboards, style frames, and animatics to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Oversee the entire motion graphics production process, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project timelines.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the team’s output remains innovative and competitive.
- Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with external vendors or freelancers when necessary to scale production capabilities.
- Present creative concepts and finished work to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in motion graphic design, animation, or a related field.
- Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills
- Video Production and Graphic Design skills
- Experience in KSA Market & Tourism Industry.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe creative studio : after effects, premier, illustrator, Photoshop is a must
- Strong knowledge of ai tools
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to adapt design styles to suit different brands and audiences.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior designers is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work onsite in a collaborative office environment.
