Job Description
- Actively participate in design workshops to ensure visual concepts are tightly aligned with overall project objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Consistently deliver innovative and high-quality graphic designs, meeting stringent deadlines while strictly adhering to instructional design (ID) standards and senior graphic designer guidelines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior graphic designers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring consistency in design output.
- Proactively organize and streamline design workflows in coordination with other internal teams to ensure efficient project progression.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent design projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed efficiently and within specified parameters.
- Accurately implement final design edits and revisions based on feedback, ensuring the polished delivery of all visual assets.
- Undertake additional design tasks as assigned.
- Apply HSE regulations
Job Requirements
Education
-Bachelor's degree in Fine arts / Applied arts
-ITI certification is highly preferred
Experience
-+3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Educational Field experience is a must
Languages
English Proficiency; Very Good (Read, Written and Spoken)
Computer Skills : -
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
