About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and bring innovative design solutions to life. As a key member of our creative team, you will lead the development of impactful visual designs across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and a memorable user experience. This role requires a strong portfolio, leadership skills, and a passion for translating concepts into compelling visuals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Creative Execution
- Conceptualize and create stunning visual designs for digital and print materials, including websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and packaging.
- Develop and execute creative campaigns that align with the company’s or client’s branding and objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects while pushing creative boundaries.
2. Project Leadership
- Lead multiple design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development teams, to bring design concepts to life.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, reviewing their work and fostering their growth.
3. Strategic Input
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and strategies for campaigns and projects.
- Provide design expertise to improve user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for digital assets.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
4. Technical Expertise
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print media, ensuring high-quality output.
- Work with vendors, printers, and developers to ensure proper implementation of design elements.
- Manage and organize design assets and maintain a well-structured design library.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, including branding, digital design, and print.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
