Job Description
The Role:
Is a key storyteller, responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our diverse audiences across our three primary brands. Plays a crucial role in shaping our brand narratives, driving organic traffic, and supporting our marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with the marketing team and brand managers to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the unique objectives and target audiences of each of our three main brands.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, trend analysis, and competitor content audits to identify content opportunities and gaps.
- Plan and maintain an editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of fresh and relevant content across all platforms.
Content Creation & Production:
- Produce a wide range of engaging content formats, including but not limited to:
Blog posts and articles: Long-form, thought leadership, industry insights, success stories.
Website copy: Landing pages, product descriptions, FAQs.
Social media content: Captions, short-form videos scripts, interactive posts for various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X).
Email marketing content: Newsletters, promotional emails, drip campaigns.
Video scripts and storyboards: For promotional, educational, or testimonial videos.
- Ensure all content adheres to each brand's specific voice, tone, and style guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
SEO Optimization:
- Implement SEO best practices in all content creation, including keyword integration, meta descriptions, and internal linking strategies, to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Performance Analysis & Iteration:
- Track and analyze content performance using relevant metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, SEO rankings).
- Provide regular reports on content effectiveness and propose data-driven recommendations for optimization and future content initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the performance marketing, product, design, and sales teams to ensure content supports overall marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement efforts.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy and depth.
Job Requirements
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of professional experience in content creation, content marketing, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats.
- Demonstrable experience working within tech startups or fast-paced, agile digital environments, understanding the unique demands and opportunities.
- Extensive experience with content creation for the Egyptian and GCC markets is mandatory, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of regional cultural sensitivities, language variations (including Arabic content), and audience preferences.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain distinct brand voices and content strategies for multiple brands simultaneously (experience with 3+ major brands preferred).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (and ideally Arabic), with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Experience in the online recruitment or HR tech industry.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for basic content visuals.
- Experience with video editing software.
- Native or highly proficient in English.
- Highly proficient in Arabic script writing.
