Job Description
- Developing Resources to ensure future supply of qualified employees to meet organization’s objectives.
- Preparing manpower plan for all departments and issue consolidated manpower
- Plan, budget and calendar.
- Administering recruitment and selection process including (advertising – sourcing.
- Screening, shortlisting, selection and interviewing) processes.
- Tracking job applications and applicant data and shortlisting of suitable applicants.
- Conducting necessary tests for applicants and scores written and/or performance tests to rank applicants for selection.
- Preparing files for potential candidates, includes collecting interview results and other related documents such as education certificates etc. for further recruitment
- process.
- Contacting selected candidates and advising final interviewing process results
- Communicating with selected candidates (employment offers and Hiring documents and start dates ) and follow up with them completing contacting process
- Conducting job analysis to identify required skills , competencies and specifications
- Updating job descriptions and specifications and maintain soft / hard copy filling
- System ensuring easy retrieval.
- Compiling data and creating reports that analyze the effectiveness of recruitment efforts on a monthly / quarterly basis or according to business needs.
- Answering legal questions related to recruitment; preparing advertising tools and techniques to announce for required positions and maintain records of each recruitment and scheduling applicant testing
- Coordinating with direct managers to ensure that the new employees passed the probation appraisal.
- Conducting exit interviews, performing analysis and advice recommendations to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
- Planning and implementing summer internship programs.
- Planning and implementing employer branding activities including (employment fairs, social media presence and networking).
- Developing and updating recruitment tracking sheet
- Maintaining manpower planning documentation and recruitment soft and hard copy filing system ensuring easy retrieval and data access.
- Conduct orientation program for new hires and ensuring full awareness with policies , procedures and processes
- Perform any other duties in the designated area of specialization as assigned by manager
B. Marginal
- Providing information and assistance to department heads, employees, and job applicants.
- Planning and implementing the budget allocated for recruitment activities.
Areas of responsibilities and authority:
- Interviewing, testing, and screening job applicants.
- Managing pre-employment activities.
- Organizing advertising and recruitment events.
- Responding to applicant and employee questions/concerns.
Job Requirements
Education, Skills, Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a closely related field.
- 2:4 Years of experience in Human resources with focus on talent acquisition Function
- Knowledge of recruitment policies and practices.
- Ability to interview and objectively evaluate potential employees.
- Excellent English, verbal / written communication.
- Ability to work well through others.
- Excellent computer skills.
