Skills And Tools:
- Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).
- Schedule, organize and conduct interviews & related tests.
- Supporting in other HR functions when needed.
- Responsible for preparing hiring documents for newly joined employees.
- Handling the on boarding of new employees.
- Handle the resignation of existing employees and on-time replacement.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured)Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Familiarity
