Job Description

Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in a our company
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable, BreezyHR)
- Proficient in sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and job boards
- Comfortable using collaboration tools like Slack, MS Teams, Notion, and JIRA
- Proven track record of filling software engineering, DevOps, QA, and product roles
- Familiarity with tech stacks such as JavaScript, Python, .NET, Java, React, Angular, Node.js, etc.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to evaluate resumes and screen candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies
- Familiarity with basic code terms, frameworks, and developer tools (e.g., Git, Docker, REST APIs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Time management and multitasking capabilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
