Adel Fawzy & Partners Office announces its need to hire:
Job Title: Legal Procedures & Company/Association Formation Officer
Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years in company and association formation and official procedures
Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish all types of companies (partnerships, corporations, sole proprietorships, joint-stock companies)
Establish NGOs and follow up procedures with the competent authorities
Deal with government entities: General Authority for Investment, Tax Authority, Commercial Registry, Ministry of Social Solidarity
Follow up on amendments, liquidation, issuance of licenses, and notarizations
Proficiency in dealing with government electronic platforms
Application Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same field
Good knowledge of Egyptian procedures and laws related to company/association formation
Ability to organize files and maintain accurate follow-up
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Office Location: 1, 26th of July Street – Qout Al Qoloub Building – Downtown – Cairo

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a legal support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation processes.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
