Job Description

 

  • Assists in applying and monitoring the key performance indicators (KPIs) for each function within the organization.
  • Creates & updates job analysis to identify job descriptions & job specifications.
  •  Receive hiring requests from requests callers and put them into force.
  • Collect and organize skill set and hiring criteria required for each vacancy.
  • Filter matching candidates from current talent pool.
  • Post vacancies on the best fitting sourcing platforms.
  • Screen CVs to prepare shortlisting list.
  • Handle and schedule technical evaluations.
  • After aligning with the technical evaluator prepare the final shortlisted list.
  • Send the job offer to the candidate with the highest rating.
  • Search, communicate, and headhunt best candidates.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Job Requirements

 

  • Hands-on experience in blue (Mass Hiring) , grey, and white collars.
  • Minimum 2- 4 years of experience.
  • Proven work experience in food manufacturing industry is a must.
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional website.
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • V.good in English.
  • MS Office advanced knowledge.
