HR Intern – Talent Management (Paid Internship)
Location: Al shiekh Zayed- Egypt (On-site)
Duration: 3 months
Department: Human Resources – Talent Management
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Talent Management team, supporting initiatives in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development. This internship offers a 360° experience of the employee lifecycle and a great foundation for an HR career.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Talent Acquisition
Assist in posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communication
Support in maintaining recruitment trackers and databases
???? Learning & Development
Help plan and organize training sessions, onboarding, and workshops
Track attendance, feedback, and training effectiveness
Support in maintaining employee learning records
???? Organizational Development
Participate in engagement survey activities and action plans
Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to performance or culture
Support internal communication and documentation of HR initiatives

Internship Requirements
✅ Requirements:
Must be a recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field)
Strong interest and basic understanding of Talent Management (TA, L&D, OD)
Previous HR coursework, internship, or student activity experience is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Genuine passion for HR, people, and employee development
