Job Description
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Inspect warehouses to determine the need for repairs or renovations in accordance health and safety standards.
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Supervise all facility staff (workers, technicians, etc.)
- Allocate office space according to needs
- Handle insurance plans
- Developing and implementing emergency response plans, including disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Managing maintenance operations teams to provide hard and soft services.
- Provide a technical support for such aspects; Electromechanical, civil, light current; Housekeeping; Landscape and Pest control and refurbishments
- Communicate directly with management by scheduling weekly meetings and delivering reports, exploring achievements, key issues, and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical/critical thinking
