Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of multiple facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and safety standards are consistently met.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of facilities staff, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies aligned with organizational goals and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor and control operational budgets, ensuring prudent financial management and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment.
- Prepare and present regular reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and project progress to senior management.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices in facilities management.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, coordinating resources and communication to minimize disruption and ensure business continuity.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in facilities management, with a proven track record in a senior or managerial role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, complex facilities or portfolios across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and integrated facilities management practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Solid Experience in soft & hard services
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control within a facilities management context.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to facilities operations.
- Experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and performance monitoring.
