Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance indicators.
- Advise management on EHS issues and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and follow up on the ISO implementation with Zero tolerance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an QHSE Manager in a facilities management company, preferably with experience in industrial/factory settings.
- Possession of OSHA and NEBOSH certifications is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations and best practices.
