Job Description
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies, OSHA requirements, and industry standards.
- Perform routine site inspections to identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and monitor compliance.
- Deliver safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and practical demonstrations on equipment use and emergency protocols.
- Investigate workplace accidents, near-misses, and injuries.
- Document findings, analyze root causes, and propose preventive measures.
- Monitor the use of PPE, ensuring all workers wear and maintain required safety gear such as helmets, gloves, and eye protection.
- Assist in developing and updating safety policies, emergency response plans, and risk assessments.
- Inspect fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits.
- Conduct fire drills and first-aid training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training sessions, and compliance reports.
- Act as a liaison between workers and management to address safety concerns and implement improvements.
- Encourage employees to report hazards, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
- NEBOSH & Risk Assessment Certificates are a plus
- Hands-on experience in safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
