Job Description
1- Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and processes
2- Ensure the availability of all safety gear
3- Make a safety plan of corrective and preventive actions for all expected and happening hazards
4- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
5- Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
Job Requirements
- - Bachelor's degree in agriculture, environmental science, or a related field..
- - Basic understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- - Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- - Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and mitigate risks.
- - Proficiency in using HSE-related software and data management tools.
- - Certifications, such as OSHA 10/30, NEBOSH, or ISO 45001, would be an added advantage.
- - Proactive and detail-oriented approach to identifying and addressing safety concerns.
- - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- - Effective training and presentation skills to educate staff.
