Job Description
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across production facilities.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, international standards, and company requirements.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and corrective action plans.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with management to promote a strong safety culture in textile operations.
- Monitor and control workplace hazards, particularly in dyeing, finishing, and production units.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of proven HSE experience in textile factories (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and associated risks.
- Familiarity with SMETA, ICS, BSCI,SA 8000 and other relevant standards.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and training skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead safety initiatives effectively.
