- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various departments, ensuring timely hiring.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position Al Monairy as an employer of choice.
- Utilize LinkedIn, and job portals for effective talent sourcing.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration
- Post graduate studies in HR field are highly recognized is a plus
