Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for various departments, ensuring timely hiring.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position Al Monairy as an employer of choice.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, and job portals for effective talent sourcing.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration
  • Post graduate studies in HR field are highly recognized is a plus
