Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement innovative, results-driven digital marketing strategies that align with Explore Cars' business goals and brand image in the luxury car rental industry.

Lead the execution of campaigns across digital platforms, including SEO, content creation, and social media, ensuring they effectively reach targeted audiences.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities to enhance marketing efforts and drive business growth in the luxury rental space.

Brand & Communication Strategy:

Build and execute the brand strategy to increase visibility and drive customer loyalty in the competitive luxury car rental market.

Develop and implement a communication strategy that aligns with brand values and targets high-end customer segments.

Optimize the customer experience journey, ensuring a luxury service at every touchpoint.

Campaign & Content Management:

Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

Manage marketing plans, social media calendars, and execute content creation guidelines.

Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram Ads) to attract high-end clientele.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media insights).

Provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization to improve performance and ROI.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Retention:

Manage and optimize CRM systems to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Design and implement customer loyalty and referral programs to foster long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.

Website & Online Platform Management:

Manage website development and ensure the online experience aligns with the brand’s luxury positioning.

Oversee the management of online sales platforms and booking systems, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Partnerships & Channel Management:

Build and manage relationships with new channels and partners (e.g., hotels, exhibitions, malls, exclusive events) to expand brand presence.

Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility through collaborations and partnerships with luxury services and platforms.

Social Media & Community Management:

Manage social media platforms and ensure account verification for credibility.

Execute the marketing calendar, organizing activities to promote brand presence and engage customers.

Marketing Budget Management:

Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize impact while ensuring cost efficiency.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, CRM, and content creation, preferably in the luxury or high-end rental industry.

Strong creative thinking and ability to develop innovative digital marketing and brand strategies.

Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).

Excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.

Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams (graphic designers, copywriters, media buyers).

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred 5 years of experience in marketing, with a background in luxury brands (e.g., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). A Master’s degree is a plus.

Graphic design skills are a plus for this role.
