Role Overview:
As a Social Media Account Manager & Media Buyer, you’ll take the lead in managing social media accounts, running performance-driven paid campaigns, and delivering measurable results across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
You’ll work closely with creative teams, copywriters, and business stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and generate maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Handle multiple client accounts or internal brands — including daily social media scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Create monthly content calendars and collaborate with designers and copywriters.
- Track campaign performance using platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Conduct A/B testing, adjust bidding strategies, and optimize targeting to improve results.
- Prepare reports with key insights, learnings, and ROI analysis.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and new ad formats.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and media buying.
- Proven track record managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and website analytics.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, Slack, Trello, or HubSpot.
