Our clients range from home product brands to service businesses looking to scale with clarity and confidence.

We’re now looking to elevate our online presence to reflect the quality of work we deliver, and we’re hiring a Social Media & Content Manager to help make that happen.

Role Overview

The Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible for managing AdFirst’s entire online presence including content creation, platform strategy, and ongoing publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook, and our website.

This role requires a mix of strategy development, creative direction, copywriting, visual content design, and project management. You’ll work closely with our founder and team leads to surface insights, stories, and achievements that help us attract great clients and even better talent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the social media content calendar
  • Write copy and create visual content (posts, carousels, reels, stories, etc.)
  • Translate internal activity and client success into engaging, on-brand content
  • Lead content publishing across all key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
  • Design and update content for the company website (case studies, team, etc.)
  • Capture and promote team culture, behind-the-scenes, and thought leadership
  • Track performance and iterate based on engagement and feedback

Other Responsibilities (as needed)

  • In addition to managing AdFirst’s internal brand presence, this role may occasionally involve supporting client-related content initiatives, including:
  • Assisting in the development of content strategies and calendars for select clients
  • Drafting or refining website copy, landing page content, or ad copy
  • Collaborating with strategists and designers to execute client-facing content
  • Conducting basic research on target audiences or competitors to inform content direction
  • Supporting in the production of creative briefs or overseeing client content shoots when needed

Job Requirements

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of our content engine, from research to publishing. You should be confident in wearing multiple hats and taking initiative to move things forward with the resources available.

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years experience in social media/content management or a similar role
  • Perfect English and Arabic.
  • Strong copywriting skills, from captions to website content to thought leadership posts
  • Ability to create content strategies and plans based on research, references, and trends
  • Solid visual direction instincts. able to define look/feel based on brand identity
  • Graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma
  • Experience editing videos for reels or short-form content (CapCut or similar tools)
  • A strong understanding of social platform algorithms, trends, and performance patterns

Required Traits:

  • Highly organised. can manage a content calendar across multiple platforms
  • Punctual with time, reporting and updates.
  • Charismatic and has a good on-camera personality.
  • Comfortable being on-camera for EGC content and for voiceovers.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and asking for what you need to execute
  • Self-sufficient, you don’t wait for permission to improve things
