Job Description
We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing & Business Administrator to drive our online tutoring brand’s growth and handle daily operations. In this hybrid role, you will own our social channels, produce engaging multimedia content, and ensure smooth admin processes across student communications and scheduling.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in education
- Design and implement a social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives (e.g., follower growth, lead generation) and report on ROI for each campaign
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, photos, videos, infographics, news)
- Monitor SEO, web-traffic metrics, and Google Analytics; recommend optimizations
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer-service teams to ensure brand consistency
- Engage with followers: respond to comments, messages, and reviews within SLAs
- Oversee social-media account design (cover images, profile pictures, post layouts)
- Suggest and launch new growth initiatives (promotions, contests, partnerships)
- Stay up-to-date with social-media tools, design apps, and online marketing channels
As Business Administrator you will:
- Manage student and parent inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and CRM—log interactions and follow up promptly
- Coordinate tutor schedules, book sessions, and maintain calendar systems
- Generate and send invoices, track payments, and liaise with finance for reconciliations
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on enrollments, cancellations, revenue, and ROI
- Document and update SOPs, train new team members, and support ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience in content management and multimedia production
- Excellent copywriting skills with ability to deliver creative text, image, and video content
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with online marketing channels and basic web-design principles
- Outstanding communication, analytical thinking, and multitasking abilities
- BSc degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and basic invoicing systems
- Excellent written and verbal English
