Content & Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

Plan, create, and publish engaging content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Develop graphics, videos, and written posts aligned with the brand’s tone and style.

Write compelling captions, headlines, and copy that drive engagement and conversions.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns.

Ensure all content is optimized for each platform.

Social Media Management

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.

Schedule posts and maintain a consistent posting calendar.

Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Track and analyze performance metrics to improve content effectiveness.

Stay up to date with social media trends and competitor activities.

Client Attraction & Engagement

Run targeted ad campaigns to reach potential clients.

Create promotional content and offers to drive inquiries.

Engage with online communities and groups relevant to our business.

Build relationships with followers and convert them into leads.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.

Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, etc.).

Basic understanding of paid social media advertising.

Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
