As our Content & Social Media Manager, you’ll be in charge of building ShevaFood’s digital presence and community. You will create engaging content, grow our brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition through social media, paid ads, and digital campaigns.

Location: New Cairo / Remote

Working Hours: Flexible

Remote: 3–4 days per week

You will be responsible for:

Social Media Management

Manage and grow ShevaFood’s communities across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
Plan and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, carousels, stories)
Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and brand identity
Respond to messages, comments, and reviews to build loyalty

Content Creation

Design eye-catching visuals using Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva
Create short-form video content using CapCut, Canva Video, or Premiere Rush
Write clear and compelling copy in English
Align all content with ShevaFood’s brand voice and business objectives

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

Launch and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
Run email marketing campaigns via SendGrid
Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
Use ChatGPT for content ideation and workflow automation
(Bonus) Basic knowledge of SEO and blogging

Customer Interaction

Handle support messages, comments, and reviews with professionalism
Maintain a positive brand reputation through friendly, fast responses
