Job Description
Join ShevaFood, a fast-growing SaaS startup that helps restaurants create, manage, and update digital menus using QR codes. We work with hospitality businesses worldwide to modernize the dining experience with intuitive, elegant tools.
As our Content & Social Media Manager, you’ll be in charge of building ShevaFood’s digital presence and community. You will create engaging content, grow our brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition through social media, paid ads, and digital campaigns.
Location: New Cairo / Remote
Working Hours: Flexible
Remote: 3–4 days per week
You will be responsible for:
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow ShevaFood’s communities across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Plan and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, carousels, stories)
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and brand identity
- Respond to messages, comments, and reviews to build loyalty
Content Creation
- Design eye-catching visuals using Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva
- Create short-form video content using CapCut, Canva Video, or Premiere Rush
- Write clear and compelling copy in English
- Align all content with ShevaFood’s brand voice and business objectives
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Launch and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
- Run email marketing campaigns via SendGrid
- Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
- Use ChatGPT for content ideation and workflow automation
- (Bonus) Basic knowledge of SEO and blogging
Customer Interaction
- Handle support messages, comments, and reviews with professionalism
- Maintain a positive brand reputation through friendly, fast responses
Job Requirements
2+ years experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
Strong aesthetic sense and trend awareness (especially in food / SaaS)
Proactive, autonomous, organized, and results-driven
Fluent English (mandatory)
French is a plus
Passion for food, design, and simplicity
Understanding of how visibility impacts business growth

Design & Content Creation:
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- Canva (static and video)
- CapCut / Canva Video / Premiere Rush
- After Effects (optional)
Marketing & Automation:
- Meta Business Suite
- TikTok Ads, Google Ads
- SendGrid (email campaigns)
- ChatGPT (for content optimization)
- Basic n8n knowledge (bonus)
Organization & Communication:
- Trello or other task management tools
