Job Description
Location: Remote | Job Type: Full-time
Reports to: Brand Manager / Head of Marketing
Language: English (required), other EU languages a plus
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Content & Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You’ll plan, create, and publish content across multiple in-house brands — adapting it for different platforms, audiences, and languages.
This is not just a social media role. You’ll also support broader marketing tasks, like blog uploads, landing page visuals, email graphics, and campaign asset prep. We need someone who can take ownership of visual content and reduce dependency on the Brand Manager — especially in Photoshop.
You’ll own social media content for multiple brand accounts and be responsible for keeping things on-brand, consistent, and well-executed — with guidance, but not handholding. If you're reliable, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of social media content and posting across multiple brand accounts
Plan and adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Design visuals using Photoshop (and ideally Illustrator), using templates and creating new assets as needed
Edit short-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
Support general marketing operations — including blog formatting, email/landing page assets, basic HTML edits, and image exports
Adapt English content for multiple languages using tools like Google Translate or DeepL, ensuring layout and tone are preserved
Prepare assets in correct formats for web, email, and social use
Work cross-functionally with video, design, e-comm, and product teams to deliver on time
Stay current on social trends, content formats, and performance best practices
Contribute ideas in planning meetings and own the task follow-up process
Job Requirements
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in content creation, marketing support, or social media
Confident in Photoshop — able to use templates and create polished, on-brand visuals
Skilled in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge — enough to adjust blog or landing page layouts
Fluent in English (written and verbal); another EU language is a strong plus
Experience working across multiple brands or channels is a bonus
Comfortable managing your own content pipeline and tracking follow-up tasks independently
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a clear communication style
Demonstrated initiative — you're someone who takes action, follows through, and gets things done
Nice to Have
Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite)
Experience using CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
Exposure to email platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
Understanding of responsive layout design and image optimization
