Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Senior social media & Content to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy and content ecosystem. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, enhancing online engagement, driving traffic, and acquiring customers/clients. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, possesses a deep understanding of the digital landscape, and can translate marketing objectives into compelling content and social conversations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance across platforms to improve engagement and reach.
- Respond to messages, comments, and community interactions in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with design, media buying, and marketing teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Responsible for achieving monthly engagement and growth targets within the set strategy.
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Social Media Management/Marketing.
- At least 2 years as a Senior Social Media Specialist.
- Proven experience in managing multi-platform accounts and running successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting skills (Arabic & English preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to prepare performance reports.
- Creativity and attention to detail in content creation and communication.
