Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. You will work closely with an existing content creator to manage two main brand pages: Noqoush (focused on heritage, fashion, and handmade arts) and Culinart Academy (specialized in culinary training). This role emphasizes strong content writing skills in both Arabic and English, strategic content planning, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media content calendars for multiple accounts.
- Write engaging copy in Arabic and English (posts, captions, ads, video descriptions).
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver timely, high-quality posts.
- Monitor trends and audience engagement to improve performance.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Attend meetings and contribute to campaign brainstorming.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of Arabic and English writing.
- Proven experience in content planning and campaign management.
- Familiarity with Meta platforms, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Team player with creative flair and time management skills.
- Comfortable working on overlapping projects.
