Senior Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of ATL campaigns and annual marketing plans
  • Oversee branding, digital activation, and content creation across all platforms
  • Manage communication with marketing agencies and external partners
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and insight reporting
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new services and product launches
  • Align messaging across all internal and external touchpoints
  • Monitor marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation
  • Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare executive reports
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in engineering, energy, or smart tech sectors
  • Strong background in brand communication, advertising, and campaign management
  • Proven experience in content creation, media planning, and agency coordination
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to link marketing to measurable outcomes
  • Familiarity with product marketing, digital tools, and customer segmentation
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on attitude and ability to lead projects independently
