Job Description

  • Prepare and manage sales reports, tracking team performance and key metrics.
  • Follow up with the sales team to ensure tasks, leads, and client interactions are progressing smoothly.
  • Assign and distribute incoming clients or leads to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Update and maintain client information in the company database.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, documentation, and communication.
  • Coordinate meetings, sales calls, and deadlines for the team.
  • Ensure sales data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a sales support, admin, or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maximium Age 28.
