Job Description

Telesales Executive responsible for handling inbound calls and reaching out to potential clients from campaigns and contact lists, promoting our software solutions (accounting, administrative, archiving) across Egypt and the Gulf via phone, email, and WhatsApp, while understanding client needs, achieving sales targets, updating CRM, and supporting team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from interested customers and respond to inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from contact databases and targeted lead lists.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp to professionally promote our software solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored software offerings that meet their business requirements.
  • Convert leads into successful sales through persuasive communication and relationship building.
  • Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients to encourage buying decisions and loyalty.
  • Accurately update customer records and notes in the CRM system to ensure organized follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to continuously enhance telesales processes and strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent to fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer use and CRM platforms.
  • Passion for sales and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous telesales or customer service experience.
  • Software sales experience is a strong plus.
  • Sales or communication-related training or certifications.

Working Hours
