Job Description
- Assist the Business Development Team with day-to-day sales activities, including preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Support lead generation efforts by researching potential clients and maintaining an up-to-date CRM system.
- Coordinate and follow up on sales inquiries, demos, and customer meetings to ensure a smooth sales pipeline.
- Provide insights on customer behavior and trends to support sales strategy improvements.
- Assist in pricing strategies and discount approvals for B2B and B2C sales.
- Handle data entry, reporting, and documentation for sales performance and customer interactions.
- Process orders, invoices, and contracts, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and aligned with company policies.
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, finance, and product development) to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
- Manage the team’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales transactions.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing them with necessary training or materials.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure smooth after-sales support.
- Maintain strong relationships with both institutional clients (B2B) and individual customers (B2C) to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service (preferably in the education or publishing industry).
- English Proficiency; Very Good (Read, Written and Spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and sales tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with educational technology, digital platforms, or publishing industry trends is a plus.
