Job Description
ales Administrator
- Process orders via email or phone
- Assist the sales team with managing client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and processing leads.
- update client records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Prepare and manage real estate contracts, agreements, and other paperwork for property transactions.
- Assist with generating sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and providing administrative support for sales targets.
- Organize files, documents, and office materials to maintain a smooth and efficient office environment.

Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Admin
- Good knowledge of the real estate industry and its processes is highly desirable.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and the sales team.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
