Job Description

ales Administrator

  •  Process orders via email or phone
  • Assist the sales team with managing client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and processing leads.
  • update client records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  •  Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Prepare and manage real estate contracts, agreements, and other paperwork for property transactions.
  •  Assist with generating sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and providing administrative support for sales targets.
  • Organize files, documents, and office materials to maintain a smooth and efficient office environment.
  •  Develop monthly sales reports
  •  Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  •  Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  •  Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Admin
  • Good knowledge of the real estate industry and its processes is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and the sales team.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
