About the Role
Carina Wear is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support inventory management, stock planning, and allocation strategies to ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time. You will serve as a cross-functional link between merchandising, sales, warehouse, and e-commerce teams to drive operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure balanced stock distribution to maximize sales and minimize shortages or overstocks.
- Facilitate internal stock transfers to optimize product distribution.
- Monitor stock levels across branches, warehouses, and e-commerce platforms.
- Act as a contact point between stores, warehouse, logistics, and demand planning teams.
- Liaise with store teams to gather feedback on product availability and stock needs.
- Align replenishment strategies with sales forecasts to optimize product availability.
- Prepare sales, stock, and delivery reports to support merchandising analysis.
- Update and maintain system data in collaboration with e-commerce and warehouse teams.
- Provide data and insights to enhance planning and decision-making processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, retail operations, or supply chain.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
