Job Description
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (1–2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
