Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Presales Engineer (Active Solutions) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing tailored network solutions, and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure successful deal closures. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze customer requirements, both technical and business-oriented.
- Design and propose network solutions that align with client needs and budgets.
- Develop detailed solution architectures, including equipment lists (BOMs) and technical presentations.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of proposed solutions.
- Engage in technical discussions and negotiations with clients to address concerns and facilitate deal closures.
- Work closely with the sales team throughout the sales cycle, providing technical expertise and support.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in communication engineering.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Active Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Aruba, Cisco, Huawei, and Fortinet presales processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Visio.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong abilities in data analysis and presentation software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Strong reporting and research skills.
