Job Description
- Promote and sell the company’s electrical products (e.g., switchgears, circuit breakers, panels, transformers, etc.) to contractors, consultants, and end users.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions and product recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure customized solutions meet client requirements.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales deals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Follow up on submitted quotations, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in electrical products or industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
