Job Description
To lead and actively participate in the execution of electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks within the factory. The role includes supervising electrical and mechanical engineers and technicians, while also performing hands-on maintenance work. The objective is to minimize downtime, ensure smooth shift coordination, and improve the reliability and efficiency of equipment and production operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
- Strong ability to lead teams while actively participating in technical tasks.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
