Job Description
- Identify and connect with potential clients through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, building strong long-term relationships
- Understand clients’ needs and present suitable products or services
- Negotiate terms and close deals that benefit all parties involved
- Monitor market trends and stay informed on industry developments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth transactions
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and forecasts using CRM software
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build connections and stay up-to-date
- Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Broker or similar role (e.g., Account Executive, Business Development)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and client needs
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant certifications or licenses may be required depending on the industry (e.g., Series 7, real estate license)
