Job Description

IAbout the Role:
Inscription Development is expanding in Sohag El Gedida and looking for a dynamic, target-driven Senior Property Consultant to join our sales team. You will play a pivotal role in connecting buyers with the right real estate opportunities — whether residential or commercial — and contribute to driving our business growth in Upper Egypt's emerging real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively generate and convert leads through local networking, referrals, cold calling, and property events.

Promote and present available units to clients through on-site meetings, property tours, and virtual presentations.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering a superior customer experience.

Provide detailed information on property features, pricing, payment plans, legal procedures, and financing options.

Stay informed about the real estate landscape in Sohag El Gedida and surrounding areas, including competitive offerings.

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align sales strategies and participate in local campaigns.

Ensure proper documentation of all transactions in line with company and legal standards.

Log client interactions and updates accurately in CRM systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) in real estate sales, preferably within the Upper Egypt region.

Strong knowledge of the Sohag El Gedida property market is a significant plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.

Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and real estate market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
  • Good command of English.
