Job Description
- Promote and sell residential and/or commercial real estate properties.
- Identify client needs and provide guidance on property options.
- Conduct property viewings and site tours for potential buyers or tenants.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Negotiate deals and close sales professionally and ethically.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, new projects, and pricing.
- Coordinate with legal and administrative departments to finalize contracts.
- Participate in property expos, open houses, and networking events.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
