Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales or leasing, excellent market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills. This role requires leadership, client relationship management, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and/or commercial properties.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations on behalf of clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Keep up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Mentor and support junior consultants when required.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or consulting.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the local property market.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Valid real estate agent/broker license
- BS degree in related field
